Please bring your passport, travel itinerary, vaccination records, Ontario Health Card, a list of your medications, and information about any medical conditions or allergies.
4. Which travel vaccines do you offer?
We offer a variety of travel vaccinations, including Yellow Fever (by appointment), Hepatitis A and B, Typhoid, Rabies, Japanese Encephalitis, Cholera, Meningococcal vaccines, Polio boosters, and routine travel immunizations based on your destination.
